Poster Presentation Competition registration closes 8 AM CST on February 26, 2024
The Poster Presentation Competition gives students the opportunity to present their undergraduate research and earn recognition for their work. Therefore, each presenter can expect to interact with 3-4 judges who will be scoring poster design, presentation quality, research content, and responses to questions. Judges will be experienced in various fields both in academia and industry. It is best to spend about 5 minutes presenting to allow time to respond to questions. Participants must be present at their poster to talk to judges during the entire session.
All supplies to hang and present posters are provided.
Awards will be given to the top posters during an awards ceremony at the end of the poster session.

Abstract Submissions are due 6 PM CST on February 29, 2024
Any Abstracts submitted past the due date will not be added to the Conference Program.
